Airport, businesses seek employees including American Airlines, Kerry Logistics, DSV, TSA, Axxeum, Port of Huntsville & others
Employers will interview potential staff onsite
Participants will have chance to register for a $400 Breeze flight voucher
HUNTSVILLE, Ala., October 18, 2021 – The Port of Huntsville is holding a job fair to showcase employment opportunities in air travel support, cargo logistics and hospitality on Oct. 26 at Huntsville International Airport, 1000 Glenn Hearn Blvd., Huntsville 35824. The Job Fair will be held outside on Parking Deck Level 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A food truck will be available onsite providing lunch for purchase.
Businesses looking to add new employees include the Port of Huntsville (Huntsville International Airport), Kerry Logistics Network, DSV, Axxeum, TSA, Four Points by Sheraton, Piedmont Airlines, Unifi, WFS, Air Host/McAlister’s, Signature Flight Support, GAT, Paradies Lagardere and others.
Many types of jobs that companies will be hiring for include forklift operators, transportation security officers, warehouse workers, public safety officers, customer service agents, line service technicians, A&P mechanics, ramp agents, servers, cooks, cashiers, room attendants and other technical and service jobs.
Participants can take advantage of a number of perks just for attending. In addition to on-the-spot interviews and validated parking for all attendees, the first 10 participants will receive a free meal at the Heavenly Sinwiches food truck. There will also be a prize drawing for a $400 Breeze flight voucher.
